Feature Bundle for Jira Service Management (Cloud ☁️)
We’re constantly developing new and upgraded features in our flagship app: Feature Bundle for Jira Service Management, which is perfect for those who need to extend Jira customer portal’s possibilities to provide faster, cost-effective, and smoother customer service.
Additional fields - panels with additional values are on
We upgraded the additional fields feature that allows you to display more data on the portal, such as linked issues, assignees, blockers, or other custom fields you need.
Now, there are dedicated panels to configure. You can decide where and to whom to display the panels. You can narrow the display fields to specific request types and define JQL to set up rules to limit visibility.
You decide what fields to display in the design phase. Here, you will find all the fields added to the concrete service desk project screen. You can reorder them, name the panel, and add custom links.
Thanks to the additional fields feature, your customer portal (request details view to be specific) can look like this:
