End User Agreement
Update to Our End User Agreement
Effective 1 November 2025, Appsvio is moving from its custom End User License Agreement (EULA) to the Atlassian Standard End User Agreement (the “Standard EULA”), supplemented by Appsvio Provider-Specific Terms.
What’s changing
For all new purchases and renewals on or after 1 November 2025, your use of Appsvio products will be governed by:
- the Atlassian Standard End User Agreement: https://www.atlassian.com/licensing/marketplace/end-user-agreement-v1
- the Appsvio Provider-Specific Terms (covering governing law/jurisdiction, DPA, references, and Support & SLA).
What stays the same
Your day-to-day product experience is unchanged. This update simply aligns our licensing with Atlassian Marketplace standards and clarifies key terms in one consistent framework.
Who is affected
The Standard EULA + Appsvio Provider-Specific Terms apply automatically to:
- New purchases made on or after 1 November 2025
- Renewals with renewal dates on or after 1 November 2025
If your current agreement renews before 1 November 2025, your existing terms continue to apply until your next renewal.
Access to documents
- Standard EULA
- Appsvio Provider-Specific Terms: linked alongside this notice and on our Marketplace listing.
- Legacy Appsvio EULA (PDF): our previous EULA remains available in PDF.
Why we’re making this change
To provide a clearer, industry-standard agreement used across the Atlassian Marketplace, while keeping Appsvio-specific commitments (e.g., governing law in Poland, data protection, and Support & SLA) transparent in a dedicated addendum.
