What’s new in Appsvio: March with upgrades 🌸

Hello April, you’re finally here! 🌸 The whole ecosystem is living only with one thing: TEAM ‘23, but before that happens, let’s take a look at what happened in March in Appsvio, and some of the things were connected with TEAM ‘23, too. Feature Bundle for Jira Service Management (Cloud☁️) – a refresh and slight changes 

✅ Request View Enhancer has been changed to Field values on request. We added the ability to configure which request types display values from additional fields and added support for new field types – more fields soon, stay tuned!

✅ Edit request feature a little bit polished up: In case we want to allow editing the Asset object field, from now on, it is possible to include the Filter Issue Scope (AQL).

Issue Templates Agent for Jira – create templates even faster and manage them more efficiently

✅ Multiproject feature: you can assign one template to multiple projects at once right from the template create screen. Thanks to this upgrade, you don't need as many templates as before. Now, you can create one for many pairs: project and issue type. For example, you need only one template for bugs, but it can be used for every project you need. You still save the template as default for many pairs: projects, and issue types and apply them right away, automatically at create issue screen. 

✅ From now on, editing a template is not only by clicking on its name, but also there is a more intuitive option available from the menu under the three dots in Actions. 

✅ A link to support and to the app's documentation is at your fingertips on the setup page.

🥁🥁🥁 And big news at the end: Issue Templates Agent won the Atlassian Codegeist 2022 Customer Choice Awards in the Apps for business teams category 🚀 We're very proud of Appsvio Family and our hackathon app. 🥰 Hard work pays off! Special thanks to every single person who voted for us! We're glad our app meets your needs and that you trust us to use it. 😊

Customer and Organization Management for Jira Service Management (Cloud ☁️)

✅ Use the app in your native language. Our app is translated fully into English, Polish, German, and Spanish. We also support translation to Danish, Dutch, and Italian, but not fully yet – we're working on this! 😎

✅ We added the ability to sort by columns in customers and organization views.

✅ The column Organizations appears in the Customer View. 

Data Center / Server apps 

All our Data Center and Server apps are now fully compatible with the Jira 9.7 version. ✨

ACE all around the world

We’re very excited about every single ACE we take part in. In March, we managed to be speakers at three Atlassian Community Events and share our expertise about Jira Service Management. 

This time it was literally around the world! We presented during ACE Boston, ACE Meru, and ACE Dubai. 🚀
