Jira Service Management (JSM) is Atlassian’s service management product for IT, operations, and any team that delivers service to others. Built on Jira, it’s designed to help teams deliver service fast, keep work visible, and reduce handoff pain between support, dev, and the business. It typically includes customer-facing experiences (like portals), request handling, and service-performance tools (like SLAs).
