Agile is a way of working that favors short feedback loops, adaptability, and steady delivery over big “one-and-done” releases. Instead of planning every detail upfront, agile teams break work into smaller chunks, deliver something useful sooner, learn from what happens, and adjust. Atlassian’s agile guidance covers the mindset as well as practical frameworks (like Scrum and Kanban) that help teams stay responsive while still keeping work visible and manageable.
