Manage your connected platforms under UniPortal > Connections by clicking “Connect new tool.” To ensure a secure, unified connection pipeline, all integrated platforms (whether JSM, Salesforce, or Azure DevOps) must be authorized using secure OAuth or API tokens tied to the exact same technical user account.
Once an instance is connected, administrators can use the Edit Table tab to configure its layout. Because fields and data structures vary by platform, configuration options are tailored specifically to the tool type: JSM instances allow for extensive column additions like SLAs and Assets, while Salesforce and Azure DevOps settings adapt to their respective native fields and objects.
