Logo & Header
Customize your portal’s branding under UniPortal > Configuration. Follow these quick steps to update your logo and header name:
- Go to UniPortal > Configuration and ensure you are on the General Settings tab
- In the Logo section, click Browse to upload your company logo. The portal natively supports SVG, GIF, JPG, JPEG, and PNG formats
- In the Header section right below, type your preferred title directly into the text field (this defaults to “All My Requests”) to update the main text displayed on your Jira customer portal
