We’re looking for a creative and execution-driven Social Media & Growth Specialist to take ownership of our social presence and content distribution in the B2B SaaS space.

This role is perfect for someone who understands how to communicate product value, turn features into engaging stories, and leverage AI tools to move fast and deliver measurable results.

Requirements description

• Ability to connect marketing activities with business results (growth, leads, product adoption)
• 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS social media, especially around promoting product features and updates
• Fluent English with the ability to create engaging, high-quality content (written)
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to accelerate content production and workflows

Nice to Have

• Understanding of ITSM (IT Service Management) and test management domains
• Familiarity with the Atlassian ecosystem (Jira, Jira Service Management)

Your responsibilities

• Distribute written and video content on Appsvio’s LinkedIn and other relevant channels
• Plan and manage content communication strategy (content calendar, campaigns, messaging)
• Create and optimize marketing automation (onboarding email flows, campaign mailings, newsletters)
• Collaborate with product teams to translate features into compelling stories
• Experiment with formats, tools, and channels to continuously improve reach, engagement, and business impact
