Hello December!βοΈ As much as we're winter enthusiasts and can't wait to go skiing, we must admit that November was exciting. So here is a recap of last month and a products update.
We managed to add the filter that allows users to set up the filtering feature for Asset custom fields. This supports the Insight field - we added an AQL filter in the edit request view. Remember that you have to use JSM premium or enterprise. The configuration manual is here.
Previously, if someone had a narrowed list of assets in the configuration, the app didn't respect this when editing the request - all assets plugged into a given Insight custom field are displayed.
The quality of our applications is a priority for us. That's why we added the next app to the Bug Bounty program to ensure we meet customer expectations and rule out possible bugs.π
The customer satisfaction section is on!
Now, you can add the ability to show feedback (rating) right on the Request Details View. Allow your customers to rate your ticket-solving process. There are 5 possible stars to receive.
How to set it up? Go to the Request View Enhancer and simply turn on the rating feature. You can decide if itβs only displayed for Reporters/ Request Participants or Organizations.
In our October recap, we were waiting for a hat trick. And guess what! We made it π We're officially the Codeigest 2022 winners, and we couldn't be more proud. We can't wait for what the Atlassian world will bring us next.
We were recognized in the categories:
π Honorable mentions β Issue Templates Agent for Jira

π Storytelling β Issue Templates Agent for Jira π Read it here.
We want to say a huge, HUGE, well done to our #Appsvio family. You're the best. π
Sincere congratulations to the other winners! Your work is an inspiration to us β¨
PS We wish this hat trick streak were also in Qatar. Unfortunately, our national team dropped out of the World Cup in the one-eighth. We cheer them loudly all November! It was definitely a soccer month. β½οΈβ½οΈβ½οΈ
We've been pretty busy lately π
We were invited to ACE Sofia as speakers, and we were more than happy to take part in it. It was all about our favorite topic β Jira Service Management. We know you're not surprised π
We provide participants with all it's good to know about Jira Service Management in a nutshell. π
π₯ You can still catch up and watch it here.
It's a really huge dose of JSM practical knowledge. We talk about how to:
It's not long, so grab a coffee and gain new knowledge. πͺ
The other thing about Jira Service Management is an interview we took part in. We talked with Michael from ProjectFlow about boosting your customer service. As JSM is not a complete ITSM solution, it requires a different set of apps, we show how to make it coherent.
π₯ Watch in at your convenience here.
There is a discount for our addon in the description! πΈ
What's ahead?
We're going to London! High Velocity ITSM by Atlassian is coming soon, and so are we π This time, we're just visitors. Why not? We want to have some fun too sometimes! π We can't wait to see will.i.am for real! ! πΆ
If you are going to be there, let's have some tea and talk about addons, Jira Service Management, or your conclusions π How cool would a face-to-face demo be? π We can show you our apps, solve your problems or give advice. Kate and Chris are happy to π
If you want to meet with us, let us know via Calendly π
We would be delighted to meet you in person! π Actually, Kate is on her way to the express!
We also will be speakers at another ACE β this time in Kolkata. If you start your journey with JSM, itβs a perfect session. This session is all about essential things you should know at the beginning. Weβll cover you with JSM tips and tricks based on practical knowledge and many years of experience.

π Now itβs time to light the lights, decorate the Christmas tree and take a deep breath. We wish you all a magical season full of love, laughter (and eggnog!). Eat. Drink. Be Merry. Have a wonderful Christmas, you all! See you in 2023 π
