HubSpot CRM Integration – Display HubSpot properties on issue view
In addition to expanding HubSpot CRM Integration for Jira capabilities, we've focused on enhancing the display of properties within our platform. This improvement provides a more comprehensive view of data, empowering you to make informed decisions and streamline operations effectively. You can choose which properties from Company, Contact, and Deal to display on the create issue and issue view.
This way, you have all the needed data at your fingertips!
Enhanced Support for Displaying Custom Objects for HubSpot Enterprise
From now on, we also support custom objects for HubSpot Enterprise users. Create a custom object in HubSpot settings, add associations, and then use it to display relevant data in Jira.
You have to create a HubSpot CRM Integration custom field and decide which properties you want to apply on the create issue view and issue view.
❗️ You can create up to 20 custom objects in HubSpot.
