Incident banners have landed! New functionality in Feature Bundle is designed to help agents communicate incidents and keep customers updated, impacting CSATs. Also, it prevents agents from duplicates and tickets about the same incidents.
An incident banner allows the creation of a notification that will be displayed on the Customer portal from the ticket view in Jira. Agents don’t have to switch between tools and views - banners configuration is right under details in the right panel on the issue view.
Incident banners are displayed on the customer portal and the request form from which this ticket is made. After the resolution, the banners automatically disappear when a ticket is closed.
