Who's already feeling the summer?🌞 Don't be fooled by appearances. Despite the beautiful weather, we are not slowing down! May was a busy month, as always, and we have a lot of things to share with you. So grab your coffee because May's recap Appsvio life has just landed.🚀

Jira and Jira Service Management solutions with upgrades

Data Center apps and compatibility with Jira 9.8

We don't forget about Data Center users. Now, our three apps are compatible with Jira version 9.8. Those are:

We maintain standards in line with Atlassian's product development and match our solutions to market changes.

✅  Feature Bundle for Jira Service Management – Data Center version

One of the most beloved features of our users is now supporting a new field. From now on, you can create the edit request form for Portal with the URL field as well. Now, whenever important links are provided in the request, the customer can edit this field.

✅ Issue Templates Agent for Jira – new supported fields for boosting templates

We expanded the fields that you can use when creating templates in Issue Templates Agent for Jira.

Now, you can add to ready-to-use templates fields type like:

  • Reporter
  • Assignee

    Custom fields:
  • Select list (single choice)
  • Paragraph
  • Select list (multiple choices)
  • Checkbox

Those can be used, for example, in a software project issue for a new version release. What should such templates look like? We create a use case here to show you our proposition and the benefits of using already prepared Jira issue templates.

✅ Issue Templates Agent for Jira as one of the Faster Movers

We're thrilled to inform you that Issue Templates Agent for Jira was once again highlighted in the Faster Movers report by Contegix.

In May, our app was second in the Free App/ Percent Growth category.

If you're curious about the whole report, you can look at it here

Events about Jira Service Management

As you know, we actively participate in the life of the Atlassian community. During May we were pleasantly speakers during:

  • Talk with Ariel Prado from Barcelona – Atlassian Expert, about Jira Service Management. You can catch up with this one, and it's both: English and Spanish.
  • ACE Tallinn x Helsinki
  • ACE Berlin in-person – offline events are rare, but this energy gives as a solid kick to keep going! We were amazed by questions about Issue Merger Pro and your ideas that we're already working on 😊

What next? 🔎

This month we have our last ACE performance before the holidays 😊

Join us virtually, and let's talk about market needs and practical approaches to Jira Service Management and ITSM. We will discuss effectively managing the service desk, Jira queues, and team processes to expedite ticket resolution.
